The big day is drawing near please take the time to read this entire letter as all information contained within is vital.
For those members that did not pre-order your throw or premium beads, we do still have a limited number of cases left. 9 random mix throw beads and 9 cases of green beads left. Once these are sold there will be no more beads available for 2024. You can purchase on web site and pick up Friday January 26th before the parade at 6217 Anderson Road Tampa between 4:30 and 6:00 P.M. All members can have access to the float for loading any other items on the float you wish.
Just a couple of notes to clarify for all. 1. Beads can not be thrown or handed out to the crowd before bay to bay. 2. Do not forget to bring your beads or place them on the float. 3. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down toilet. 4. Be sure you are back to float by start of parade, all krewes must walk or ride with their krewe only, do not lag back and walk with other floats, this is a violation of YMKG policies. 5. Do not store beads on the tow vehicle, this is not only dangerous but also against the drivers wishes.
The Day parade is Saturday January 27th 2024 and we are float number 105, staging area map and pre parade meeting points to follow in a separate email. You must be at float no later than 1:00 PM, parade begins promptly at 2:00 PM. No krewe is allowed to throw or hand beads until Bay to Bay. Krewes violating this policy will not be invited back next year.

When you register for the parade, you must type your full name agreeing to both liability waivers. Everyone including members, couples and associate members must have their own account and sign accepting the liability waivers in order to participate in the parade.
Associate Members ARE allowed at this event if they pay the $250.00 fee. ALL MEMBERS AND Associate members MUST BE DRESSED IN THE OFFICIAL KREWE COSTUME. Please be sure your Associate member logs on to the web site, creates an account, signs both liability waivers and pays the fee. No money will be collected at parade site. All members must wear a wrist band. We will be giving out the wrist bands to all paid members at pre parade meet sites and at staging area. DO NOT BRING A MEMBER THAT IS NOT IN PROPER COSTUME OR HAS NOT PAID OR SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVERS, AS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

JANUARY 27, 2024 GASPARILLA PARADE OF PRIATES
WRIST BAND ACCEPTANCE, RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT
By wearing the specifically numbered wrist band listed below, and by participating in the Gasparilla Invasion and Parade of Pirates on January 27, 2024 ("Parade"), I release, waive and discharge Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla, Inc., and its members, owners, employees, officers and directors from any and all liability, claims, damages and injuries of any kind that in any way results from, or is connected with, my participation in the Parade including my arrival and continuing through my departure from that location regardless of how caused.
I agree that this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes arising under, in connection with, or incident to this Agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, Florida.
I am at least 18 years of age and otherwise competent to sign this Agreement. I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, I UNDERSTAND IT, AND I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT CONSTITUTES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF MY LEGAL RIGHTS. i AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING OUT OFF THE EVENT SO THAT I CAN PARTICIPATE.
